The delivery options available to you are currently as follows:

Please note - Orders will only be dispatched on the same day if they are ordered before 12.00pm

Please note - Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays.

Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery option we may sometimes experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and We therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays.

In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Missed Delivery

In the event of a missed delivery our chosen courier will leave a note explaining that they have attempted to deliver your goods. The majority of our orders are delivered using Royal Mail, in which case you can choose to have the item re-sent to the same address or you may collect the goods from your local Post Office. If the courier is not Royal Mail then a 2nd delivery will be automatically attempted the next working day. If you think you will be unable to receive the package on the next working day then a telephone number is provided which you must call so that you can choose a specific day.
